5. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
To confirm a booking for any Service:
- A refundable deposit is required (as stated in your booking form or invoice);
- Full payment is required before the start of the tour or product dispatch.
All payments must be made through our accepted methods (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer).
Currency: All prices are listed in USD, and payments must be made in the same.
Taxes and Charges: Any applicable taxes, fees, or transaction charges are borne by the Client unless otherwise stated.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
By the Client:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- If you or any member of your party has a medical condition or disability that may affect your holiday, please inform us in advance so we can advise on suitability. Failure to disclose such information may result in cancellation without refund.
By PMK Tours and Travels Ltd:
We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. If this occurs, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative trip or safari of equal value.
7. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Clients are responsible for:
- Holding a valid passport with at least three (3) months’ validity;
- Securing necessary visas or travel permits;
- Complying with vaccination and health requirements;
- Purchasing appropriate travel insurance covering health, cancellations, theft, and personal liability.
Failure to meet these obligations does not constitute grounds for a refund.
