Day 2 · Nairobi to Amboseli
Travel to the Amboseli area. An afternoon drive depends on your departure, arrival and entry arrangements. Overnight: Amboseli area.
Day 3 · Your Amboseli safari day
Explore with your guide and leave space for a camp break. Elephants are a highlight of the area, while mountain views depend on cloud and conditions. Overnight: Amboseli area.
Day 4 · Transfer to the Mara
This is a substantial transfer day. We compare flight connections, which may route via Nairobi, with road alternatives before confirming the itinerary. Extra transit accommodation, if required, changes the duration and price. Overnight: Masai Mara, subject to the confirmed connection.
Days 5–6 · Settle into the Mara
Two full days for game viewing and time at camp. Discuss optional romantic dining, ballooning and camp activities before booking. Overnights: Masai Mara.
Day 7 · Travel to Diani
A quoted flight connection and coast transfer take you towards the beach. The confirmed schedule determines how much of the day is spent travelling. Overnight: Diani.
Days 8–11 · Your beach chapter
Four full days with no compulsory touring. Choose rest, a spa treatment or an optional ocean outing according to your interests and conditions. Overnights: Diani.
Day 12 · Onward travel
Transfer to the agreed departure airport, with connections confirmed before booking.

In the Mara, discuss a tented camp such as Zebra Plains Mara Camp or ask us to compare alternatives. At Diani, compare a beach resort with a quieter boutique stay. These are accommodation requests, not confirmed reservations or guaranteed upgrades.

- Vehicle and guiding arrangements: private road safari vehicle versus shared camp drives on fly-in stays.
- Park or conservancy entries, domestic flights, transfers and baggage allowances.
- Included romantic touches, optional extras, exclusions and payment terms.
International flights, personal insurance, entry authorisation costs, tips, spa treatments and optional activities are excluded unless your proposal expressly includes them.
Questions couples ask
Is every activity and vehicle private?
We distinguish your private road safari vehicle from camp-operated drives, flights, boats and hotel facilities that may be shared. A private dinner or exclusive vehicle must be specifically confirmed in your proposal.
Are honeymoon upgrades and special dinners included?
Only when listed in your quote. Tell us your celebration dates; we can ask properties about applicable honeymoon offers, eligibility and availability. An upgrade is never assumed.
When should we travel?
Choose your month around your wildlife priorities, budget and beach plans. Weather and wildlife vary; migration sightings and river crossings cannot be guaranteed. We explain seasonal trade-offs for your actual dates.
Should we drive or fly?
Road transfers can offer value but use more of the day. Flights add cost, connection planning and baggage restrictions. We compare both where practical rather than promising a connection before checking the schedule.
Can we change the number of nights?
Yes. Treat these itineraries as starting points. We can adjust the safari and beach balance, subject to availability, your connections and a revised quote.
