Instead of driving between parks, you take scheduled light-aircraft flights from Nairobi's Wilson Airport directly into Amboseli and the Masai Mara — maximising your time on game drives and minimising time in transit.
You'll spend three nights at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge, in the heart of Amboseli National Park beneath the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, before flying on to Mara Serena Safari Lodge in the Mara Triangle for two nights of some of the best game viewing in Africa.
This is a fully private, tailor-made safari — all flights, park fees, accommodation and airstrip transfers are arranged by PMK Tours. You just show up at Wilson Airport and enjoy.

Your flight departs from Wilson Airport in Nairobi on a scheduled light-aircraft service to Amboseli. On arrival, you're transferred to Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge, set in the heart of the park with views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Afternoon game drive in search of Amboseli's famous free-roaming elephant herds.
A full day exploring Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game drives, tracking elephant, buffalo and plains game against the backdrop of Kilimanjaro. Return to the lodge for lunch and time to relax by the pool during the heat of the day.
Morning game drive before transferring to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to the Masai Mara. On arrival, you're transferred to Mara Serena Safari Lodge in the Mara Triangle. Afternoon game drive in one of the richest wildlife areas in Africa.
A full day of game drives across the Masai Mara National Reserve and the Mara Triangle, home to the Big Five and, in season, the Great Migration. Morning and afternoon drives with time back at the lodge over midday.
Rise before dawn for an optional hot air balloon safari over the Mara, followed by a traditional bush breakfast on landing (optional add-on, booked in advance). Spend the rest of the day on further game drives, making the most of your last full day in the Mara.
Final morning game drive before transferring to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Wilson Airport in Nairobi, connecting with your onward international flight.
